# Release notes — PII Redactor 0.1.2

- Included the English and Hebrew Windows interface already present in source.
- Added a local 30-day use period with a free, repeatable 30-day extension.
- Added a visible update-check entry point that stays inactive until a trusted HTTPS source and independent verification are configured.
- No changes to detection, OCR, redaction, or PDF export logic.
- Beta build. The installer is unsigned; review every page and output PDF.
- The update checker makes no network request in this build.
